The Beginning of your Journey:
Our CPP Structural Design Engineer program provides experience across a key disciplines of HV substation and grid connection engineering, including structural and foundation engineering. As one of our graduates, you will have the opportunity to build a broad understanding of engineering, construction, the renewable and utility industry, our business, and to prepare you for opportunities for advancement at CPP.
The duration of the program is 2 years where you work on major projects under the supervision of some of the most experienced Engineers in the industry, gaining hands-on exposure on major high voltage renewable and utility construction projects across Australia including substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS') and Windfarms.

About you:
- Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering (or studying your final year), preferably within the last 4 years
- Must be studying your undergraduate degree at an Australian University
- A great attitude with a proactive mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A demonstrated passion to work within the utility and renewable industry
