Learn more about our in our .Project Overview:Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. Woodside Energy is Australia's leading natural gas producer, and Bechtel is excited to be working with this key customer to help meet the increasing global demand for LNG as a transitional energy source.Job Summary:As Supply Chain Graduate, you will support inventory and warehouse processes and procedures. You will complete documentation, verify receipts, provide data entry, assist with inventory, obtain inspection reports, issue materials, initiate shipping notices and gate passes, and monitor inbound and outbound traffic. Your work will help verify procedures are followed and will contribute to ensuring accurate inventory. This is a FIFO position working 3:1 roster based in Karratha, WA. #LI-RH1Major Responsibilities:

• Maintains working relationships with project Supply Chain personnel, project discipline personnel, other functions within the organisation in order to perform assigned duties.
• Maintains working relationships with those bidders and suppliers involved with the performance of assigned tasks.
• Reviews order receiving documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading for accuracy and completeness when required to perform data entry input for inventory control systems.
• During receipt process, confirms that material and equipment has been stored in a suitable location based on type of goods and supplier-recommended storage requirements.
• Assists with performing complete or partial inventories as required to validate inventory records.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or Construction Management.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel &/or Power BI tools.
• Basic understanding of technical processes, interpretation of engineering drawings, and project management practices associated with engineering and construction projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills.
• A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
