Their extensive range encompasses components tailored for optimal performance and durability across various applications, covering conveyor rollers, idlers, pulleys, belt cleaners, and conveyor accessories.
The Opportunity:
Currently our client is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator. You will be managing and optimizing the flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers.
What your day to day responsibilities will look like:
- Regularly review and adjust negative stock levels and update ERP systems.
- Conduct stock adjustments to correct discrepancies and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Analyze inventory aging reports to address obsolete or slow-moving items.
- Create inventory reports, analyze trends, and prepare management summaries.
- Coordinate and document inventory transfers between warehouses.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve BOM and work order discrepancies.
- Plan and conduct cycle counts and annual stock takes for inventory accuracy.
- Ensure inventory management aligns with business goals and new product introductions through cross-department collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience in managing inventory using ERP systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in executing end-to-end procurement processes via an ERP system.
- A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, or equivalent professional experience in Procurement and Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment (minimum 3 years).
- Experience with Pronto is highly desirable.
