What You'll Do:
As a Grain Feed Mill Operator, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in line with national Feed safe standards. Your duties will include:
- Performing general grain handling, storage, site cleaning, weighbridge operations, and recording grain movements.
- Undertaking sampling, testing, classification of grain, customer service, supervision, and operation of machinery after training.
- Executing Feed Mill tasks under supervision, adhering to safety procedures, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assisting with stocktakes, monitoring stock levels, handling returns, and ensuring correct receival of ingredients and stockfeed.
Participating in training, staff meetings, and collaborating with colleagues while adhering to safety, quality, and business policies.
