We are seeking a machine operator in our granulation department.
The Role
Working in a fast paced environment you will primarily be responsible for:
- Loading machine using Forklift truck
- Loading machine by hand for small products
- Monitoring plant, machine readings.
- Unloading bulk bags using forklift truck
- Weighing and recording regrind production.
- Loading bulk bags onto blend stations using forklift truck.
- Housekeeping.
Fixed shifts of 8.1hrs. Day, Afternoon or night shifts
Prerequisites:
- Previous experience using a chainsaw
- Previous experience using a Vermeer wood chipper
- Experience in machine operation.
- A clean WA Driver's licence with own transport
- Ability to work to a deadline in a fast paced production environment.
- Strong focus on Safety and W H & S standards
- Great work ethic with reliability and commitment.
- Forklift ticket
Desirable:
- Previous plastics experience
- Mechanical or fitting background
