Job Description
Join a tight knit team of Graphic Designers working in the heart of Nine's Adelaide Newsroom.
We are calling upon enthusiastic individuals who are open to working in either a casual or permanent capacity. If you have a keen mind, a passion for motion and graphic design, thrive under pressure, and wish to challenge your design skills, we invite you to join us.
You will be working closely with Journalists, Producers and Editors to create animations, visual aids and infographics for local news stories. With a focus on clear, bold and innovative designs that appeal to a wide range of audiences.
Day to day you will:

• Interpret briefs provided by the newsroom team
• Conceptualise and deliver animations, visual aids and infographics within tight deadlines
• Communicate effectively with Producers, Journalists and Editors to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Work with the graphics team to produce high quality graphics quickly

Qualifications
Enough about us, let's talk about you.
What we would like to see on your resume:
A strong skill set in the Adobe Suite, focusing primarily on After Effects and Photoshop.
A great understanding of 2D animation workflows
Ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
Great attention to detail, with a strong eye for design and layout
