The College is seeking experienced professionals to work within the Community Relations and Marketing (CRM) team. CRM is a service team to the immediate and broader Iona community, including current students and staff, as well as the Presentation Sisters, parents and past pupils.
The Graphic Design and Publications Officer will assist with the implementation of Iona's marketing and communications strategies, in alignment with the goals of the College, to ensure Iona Presentation College maintains a level of community awareness and engagement to maximise its business and community development.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Design and produce an array of College promotional materials including prospectus, brochures, invitations and forms etc.
- Editor and designer for the College publications.
- College events are attended and effectively promoted utilising printed and social media platforms.
- Printed and online advertising and communication methodologies, to raise the College’s profile within the community, are identified and implemented in a timely manner.
If you have a tertiary qualification in Desktop Publishing or Graphic Design, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, we would love to hear from you.
- The successful applicant will have a warm and welcoming disposition, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability for self-directed work, flexibility, creativity and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to: manage tight deadlines; flexibility to make edits, enhancements and modifications at short notice; follow policy and procedures; engage with and foster working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
