The Position
The Graphic Designer at NSWALC has a pivotal role in delivering high-quality graphic designs to bolster our organisation's profile. You will be tasked with meeting communication demands from various stakeholders and teams in a timely manner, ensuring that complex information is communicated effectively to a range of audiences. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to adapt to evolving communication needs.
Key Outcomes / Accountabilities for the Graphic Designer:
- Develop high-quality marketing materials for print and digital media.
- Drive creative solutions based on team insights and brand guidelines.
- Set design benchmarks and lead complex design projects.
- Develop style guides for organisational consistency.
- Build and maintain relationships, aligning activities with organisational priorities.
Success in this role can be achieved by demonstrated:
- 3+ years graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe software
- Content editing skills
- Brand management experience
- Social media expertise
- Organisational skills
- Creativity
- Teamwork
Desirable requirement:
- Cultural knowledge
- Aboriginal Land Rights Act knowledge,
- Successful youth engagement.
