As a Graphic Designer with this growing global business no two days will be the same. One day you’ll be working on designs for their packaging, the next you might find yourself in their studio helping to shoot a creative campaign, and the next again might see you working on social media posts that delight their huge customer following (they have over 100k of followers on Instagram!). The consistent factor in this role is the ability to work creatively – their brand is one that customers love thanks to the playful campaigns and designs that they produce.

Our ideal candidate will have experience designing for retail and wholesale (think instore installations, POS, one page flyers, through to social media content for their over 100k+ followers).

• You have a passion for design and have a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design for purpose
• You have a strong sense of professionalism and attention to detail
• You are comfortable working across a range of projects and at a fast pace
• You are happy to wear all the hats – in this small team you will have lots of variety!
• A great team player that can work autonomously and well within the team

• Create visually appealing designs aligned with the bold, fun and playful brand identity
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development and maintenance of a consistent brand image
• Produce high-quality designs for print and digital platforms, including packaging, banners, social media graphics, and website
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Organise and maintain a well-structured file system for design assets to ensure easy access and version control

• Strong organisational skills – you should be able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Degree in graphic design or a similar field
• Experience in delivering well-considered, creative and effective digital and print solutions graphic design from concept to completion
• Strong knowledge of digital design, promotional and marketing activity and best practices
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills

$75-80k+ Super (flexible for the right candidate though)
