An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the Seven West Media Seven News Graphics team.
You will be supporting the Senior Designer in conceptualising, creating and producing animated graphics for Seven News. You will be working alongside the fun and vibrant Graphics Team to produce and deliver strong content that not only engages the audience but also meets brand objectives. This is an amazing chance to work in a fast moving and vibrant environment where no two days are the same!
About the Role
- Design animated graphic content with a flair for the Seven News bulletins
- Deliver graphics within tight timeframes adhering to requests from the newsroom
- Work from pre-designed templates and keep on brand in line with the Seven News network design complying with strategic direction
- Perform and work independently as well as within a team
About You
- A qualification in Graphic Design/Animation
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience within the design space
- Ability to demonstrate competency across the Adobe Suite, particularly After Effects and Photoshop
- Competency across Microsoft programs
- A high level of attention to detail
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver in digital mediums
Highly desirable
- Adobe After effects and Photoshop are essential
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required
- Editing skills are an attractive bonus
