About the Role
We are seeking a qualified full-time Graphic Designer who will be responsible for:
- Create compelling visual content for both print and digital mediums that adheres to client brand guidelines, leading creative projects from concept to completion. Focus on enhancing visual aesthetics across various platforms to ensure a cohesive brand presentation.
- Specialise in graphic designs for digital platforms, focusing on improving visual aesthetics and user interface graphics, ensuring cohesive brand presentation across all online media.
- Utilise advanced capabilities in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to craft and refine images. Ensure all visual content adheres to precise design specifications and enhances the overall narrative through visually appealing design elements.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to develop graphic design solutions that integrate effectively with overall marketing strategies. Create graphical content that aligns with business and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects with precision, prioritising tasks to adhere to deadlines while ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes across all visual communications.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots to ensure visual materials align with overall graphic design objectives. Utilize content captured to complement and elevate graphic design projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in graphic design by participating in workshops, subscribing to professional publications, and engaging with industry associations. Focus on staying current with graphic design trends and software advancements to maintain a competitive skill set.
- Actively contribute insights and innovative ideas focused on graphic design during team meetings. Enhance design projects and support the creative development process with a strong emphasis on graphical solutions and visual storytelling.
About you:
The minimum requirements for the position are:
▪ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or high relevant area
▪ At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Graphic Designer
▪ Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, and Premier.
▪ Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
▪ An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of design skills.
Desirable skills:
▪ Excellent visual, communication, and organisational skills.
▪ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
▪ Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
▪ A creative eye for aesthetics and details that are beyond teachable.
▪ Be an Apple computer user.
Remuneration package
– Salary: AU$ 70,000.00 - AU$ 75,000.00 + superannuation
