- Working on the strategic marketing plan within specified budgets
- Create visual content both still and motion
- Create and design a wide range of materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, property plans, signage and more.
- Working on multiple projects with different deadlines
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring you understand their business and being quick to identify any issues
- Rolling out campaigns and strategy with clearly defined objectives - measuring the ROI - then analysing ways for improvement
- 3-5 years experience in Graphic Design
- Degree qualified in a marketing, graphic design or related area
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be innovative, proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a hands-on, collaborative environment
- Immaculate presentation
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
