In a time of exhilarating change, following a 20 million dollar-plus refurbishment, we are elevating our brand to new heights. With the introduction of our newly refined top-tier dining and entertainment brands including Belmont 16s Sailing Club, Martha Drink & Dine, and the Boatshed Bar, South East View Events and Weddings, we're seeking a creative force to be a part of our story and to help write its next chapters.

About You
You are a detailed visual storyteller, a creative thinker with a knack for innovation and collaboration. You understand that in our industry, content reigns supreme. Armed with your toolbox of design skills, you are ready to produce captivating graphics, engaging videos, and compelling photography that resonate across all platforms. Your role is crucial in bringing our brands to life through EDMs, digital and print signage, marketing materials, and social media content, all while maintaining the essence of our newly launched brands.
The Role
- **Creativity & Innovation**: Harness your creativity to produce all internal and external graphics, packaging design, videos, and photography.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our Sales and Marketing Manager to achieve strategic marketing outcomes across all club facets.
- **Autonomy & Teamwork**: Bring your passion to the table, working both independently and as part of our dynamic team to create brand-consistent artwork.
**Essential Criteria**
- Design qualifications or ongoing studies in a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
- Knowledge of print and digital design, including file preparation.
- Skills in photography, film production, and post-production, or a keenness to enhance these skills.
- Experience in creating engaging digital content and familiarity with CMS like WordPress.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a keen eye for detail.
**Desirable Criteria**
- 2+ years of graphic design experience.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
