About the role...
We have an epic opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team.
This role is responsible for completing artwork requests and contributing to the execution and delivery of global marketing campaigns. As part of the content team, the Graphic Designer will contribute to helping bring Rip Curl’s brand and vision to life globally through contemporary storytelling, forward-thinking ideas and creative design solutions.
The role is on an 18 month contract full-time and located at our Global head office in Torquay. Day to day your responsibilities will be;
- Work collaboratively with creative team to design and deliver world-class brand and product content in line with the content strategy and through the lens of Rip Curl’s vision and brand values.
- Translate marketing briefs and artwork requests into world-class creative deliverables across physical, retail and digital spaces
- Prioritise workload, manage internal stakeholders and meet project deadlines
- design and deliver wholesale catalogues and marketing packages.
You will be degree qualified in graphic design and have the ability to think creatively and translate ideas into engaging designs with high visual impact. You will have a desire to push the boundaries, with knowledge in current technologies and a keen interest in global design and fashion trends. You will have an understanding and interest in surfing culture where your folio will demonstrate your creative flair and lateral thinking ability.
