Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs while also actively engaging in sales, production, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for any designer looking to learn all aspects of business and enjoy plenty of variation in their day to day work.
Responsibilities:
Designing various marketing materials including but not limited to advertisements, signage, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, promotional materials and product packaging.
Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and develop design solutions that meet those needs.
Assisting in sales activities such as pitching to potential clients, presenting design concepts, and negotiating project terms.
Overseeing the production process to ensure that designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
Some experience working as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment, is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with clients.
Sales experience or willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
