We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Flexible work days (role can either be 4 or 5 days).
Position Description:
As our in-house Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visual identity, assisting with aspects of art creation & product design, produce striking and engaging digital media assets for our socials and digital marketing initiatives and engage with our loyal customer base. Reporting to the Creative Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Creative Director to create and expand our library of artwork. This will involve a great deal of work with Photoshop, so specific expertise on this platform will be essential. Experience with re-touching is ideal for this role.
- Setting up final print-ready artwork files for high volume of large scale prints.
- Managing our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn), including creating engaging content, scheduling posts and liaising with followers.
- Designing and executing eye-catching and informative EDMs for weekly dispatch to our dedicated followers.
- Creation and design of the Company’s printed media collateral. Experience with Catalogue design & production is a plus.
- Executing various other graphic design projects as directed by the Creative Director.
Application Criteria:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Graphic Designer professional, with an eye for luxe design and an interest in interiors, fashion and art.
Skills and Proficiency Requirements:
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills and creativity is essential.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience working as a Graphic Designer creating a range of digital and print assets for leading and luxe brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, XD. Knowledge and experience in Figma and motion/animation software packages is a plus.
- Retouching: Advanced retouching, compositing, masking and color correction abilities.
- Social Media Savvy: Demonstrated experience in managing and creating content for social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. SEO & SEM experience will be well regarded.
- Excellent Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the Creative Director and CEO.
- Creativity: A passion for art and design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks and work efficiently.
- Well Organised and an Eye for Detail: Ability to work methodically with data.
A keen interest and passion for interior design & decoration, art and fashion is a huge plus for this role. The ideal candidate will truly understand our brand and it's industry positioning.
