Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven, talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with particular expertise in Adobe Illustrator and vector graphics. This individual will play a key role in designing football kits and footballs for clubs across Australia, contributing to the visual identity and success of the Deploy Football brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and eye-catching football kits and football designs that align with club branding and industry trends.
- Translate conceptual ideas into polished designs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the creative process.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their design needs and preferences, delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current design best practices, software updates, and emerging trends in the graphic design industry.
- Take initiative in exploring new design techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of design workflows.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines while upholding the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or a strong portfolio that showcases knowledge of design principles)
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of vector graphics and the ability to create scalable designs for various applications.
