Seeking a strong Mid-Weight Graphic Designer (Apparel) for a rapidly expanding football sporting goods brand in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney.

Position Information
- Full time Permanent Role
- $65-$75k+ super (dependant on experience)
- This position offers some flexibility WFH 1 day per week. Located in the Sutherland Shire in Sydney.
Qualifications & experience
- 3-5 years of creative design experience focussing on apparel products.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, looking to grow with the business (they are in growth phase with plenty of future opportunities)
- Strong foundational Print experience, including pre-press production.
- Software: Illustrator, Photoshop and Vector Graphics.
- Great Communication skills are a must! – to enable fluid work to meet deadlines
- Strong Time-management skills to enable balancing competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines. Accuracy is extremely key in this role.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Working across all apparel graphic applications
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision, brand identity, and specific requirements for custom kit designs.
- Develop design solutions that elevate garments through interesting colour and details.
- This role will initially be 30% creative and the remainder rollout. There is scope for growth and career progression within this role.
- Manage on-time delivery of final artwork.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance design capabilities and deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients.
