Tasks & Responsibilities
Management and implementation of all design elements related to the company website, apps, social channels and event portfolio as well as production of client design and multimedia services.
Websites and WebbApp - Plan, design, develop and prepare information for web, digital magazines and web app campaigns with particular emphasis on the user interface, ease of navigation and location of information using text, pictures, animation, sound, colours, layout and data sources to deliver information tailored to our client base.
Maintenance of the company Zutak platform and related web and app interface campaigns.
Formulating design concepts for the subject to be communicated and preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations and layouts to communicate design concepts.
Implementing selected design solutions and carrying out production in the chosen media.
Managing of suppliers
Multimedia and App Interface - Plan, design and develop the production of digitally delivered information, promotional content, instructional material and entertainment through online and recorded digital media using static and animated information, text, pictures, video and sound to produce information and entertainment tailored to an intended audience and purpose.
Social Media - Creation of content and management of selected company social media assets.
Media Monitoring - Management and reporting of client campaigns on Meltwater.
Zoho - Maintaining all design files and forms on the Zoho platform.
The individual must be
Extremely well organised. Attention to detail is crucial.
A people person. You will be liaising with hundreds of individuals at any one time and communication is a key part of this role. You're the sort of person who takes pride in your interpersonal skills, email correspondence and phone manner. Even when under pressure.
A self-starter. You're happy to get stuck in with any task necessary.
