The Graphics Coordinator will be a key player in supporting the Adelaide and Melbourne URPS offices.
You will have skills in turning planning jargon into compelling and impactful graphics that tell the story without the need for words.
The role will include preparing graphically punchy diagrams and maps, compiling tenders and proposals, and the occasional typesetting of documents for marketing.

About the job:
The Graphics Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Preparing maps and graphics to support our Planning teams.
- Compiling various components of EOI and tender submissions.
- Assisting in the editing and proofing of documents prior to final review.
- Maintaining and improving the high quality of our submissions.
- Preparing marketing material.
About your skills:
- Ability to understand basic planning terms and read architectural plans.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across our teams and projects to meet project deliverables.
- Capability to drive project outcomes and find solutions for complex graphic solutions.
- Deliver quality project management through attention to detail, prioritising and managing competing deadlines.
- High level communication skills and the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Experience in InDesign and Illustrator is essential.
- Skills in systems such as GIS, CAD, and 3D modelling is desirable.
- Proficient in Office 365 suite.
