Position Overview:
Flinders Fertility is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer to join our team on a 0.6 FTE basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and design, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage and educate existing patients, and attract new patients.
This role is covered by the Health Professionals & Support Services Award, Support Staff Level 5.
Responsibilities:
- Generating social media posts, reels, and ads.
- Graphic layout for brochures, blogs, and posters.
- Assisting with writing web and blog content.
- Updating the Flinders Fertility website.
- Liaising with external PR and marketing agencies, and printers.
- Coordinating events and sponsorships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Marketing-related undergraduate qualification.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express, InDesign)
- Digital marketing experience (social media management, digital advertising, website updates, SEO)
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Great visual and graphic design style.
- Knowledge of HubSpot and Craft CMS is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must already have the right to work in Australia.
