Grounds Maintenance Assistant - North Brisbane/Sunshine Coast

TVH, Australia's leading national HVAC/Electrical/Fire and General Maintenance Services are seeking Maintenance Gardener's and Labourer's to join our team servicing North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Please note: Due to client requirements, this role will require you to be flexible and able work some weekends at compensated rates as required.

Your Role:
Completing a 38-hour week, you will be responsible for carrying out general Grounds Maintenance works across a portfolio of early education centres.

Works mainly consisting of lawns and Grounds Maintenance, although experience in general minor handyman repairs will be required.  

To be successful in this role you will;

• Current Visa with Work Rights or Australian Citizen
• Hold and maintain safety culture with the highest regard
• Clean police history check
• Ability to attain a working with children’s check (MUST)
• Hold a valid manual drivers license
• Be able to work after hours including weekends when required
• Be quite handy and a general all rounder. 

Police and other background checks as well as drug and alcohol testing may be undertaken from time to time due to client requirements and organisational policies. 

You must have valid work rights to work in Australia.
