Grounds and Maintenance Officer
The Grounds and Maintenance Officer works in partnership with the College’s Facilities Manager to maintain the high standards of the College’s gardens and outdoor areas and assist in the maintenance of the interiors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, planting, and maintaining landscapes and green spaces
- Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and ensuring grass areas are well-kept
- Performing regular inspections to identify and address issues such as litter, debris, or damage
- Operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment and power tools
- Completing general maintenance tasks including minor painting and repairs
- Carry out minor carpentry work.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, and Maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques
- Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
