High growth ASX listed business has a clear strategic goals and boasts an impressive leadership team. Strong performance is based on a combination of  carefully analysed acquisitions and improving the output of existing assets. 

This Group Accountant role will play a key role in preparing the Group consolidation, while supporting a range of project and process improvement initiatives.  

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of Group consolidated accounts
• Liaising with auditors on Group matters
• Supporting the preparation of monthly management reports, reporting to financiers, Board reports etc.
• Preparing reporting and analysis on lending covenants
• Overseeing the application of applicable accounting standards, particularly in relation to new standard implementation
• Involvement in projects (corporate restructuring, acquisitions, divestments, analysis, etc).

Key criteria to be considered:

• CA/CPA qualified
• You will be from a Top 10 Chartered Firm
• Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards
• Knowledge of consolidations process
• Process improvement orientated 
• Strong communications – written and verbal are critical.
