An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hospitality professional to join our team in the role of Reservations Agent/Guest Service Agent.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced hotel or resort individual who is passionate about the industry and has excelled in group bookings, room allocation for flight crews and reservations.
You will be responsible for coordinating the group's amendments, new bookings, invoicing and cancellations.
Liaising very closely with a third party travel agency, you will ensure seamless service and coordination for all group bookings.
You will also provide support to the Front office team where required.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience within hotels in the same or similar role
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly and responsive attitude
An eye for detail, possess good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
Excellent presentation
An ability to work well under pressure and be a positive representative of the hotel
