We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Office Coordinator to support our corporate departments and executive team members.
- Administrative support to the Executive and other corporate departments.
- Overseeing the preparation and minute taking for all corporate meetings.
- Preparation of accurate and appropriate communications drafted and circulated as required.
- Co-ordinate events, meetings and training relevant to the broader business.
- Point-of-call for all travel associated requirements in the business, including expense reconciliation and diary management where relevant of executive level team members.
The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this, they will have:
- More than five 5 years' experience of office coordination or in relevant administrative capacity
- Experience in event management is desirable but not essential
- Proven experience developing high-quality documentation on behalf of an Executive from simple notes or verbal instructions
- Outstanding experience and knowledge in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and be self-motivated
- Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment effectively, with minimal supervision
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
