AddressWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic trainer who is self-motivated and enjoys helping people to reach their health and fitness goals to join our team.
Hours: Approx 15hrs per week
Requirements:
- Cert III in personal training and fitness (minimum)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Experience working in a Group Fitness environment is required
- Experience working in a Fitstop gym is highly desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Fitstop members, prospects and suppliers
- Demonstrate your professional knowledge in each and every session
- Guide and mentor Fitstop members and prospects to reach their full potential
- Lead each and every session as per the Fitstop perfect session standards
- Set up the layout of each session in accordance with the Fitstop session template documents
- Consistently familiarise yourself with the Fitstop Product Manual
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the Fitstop gym is of the highest standard
- Review the Fitstop programming blocks in advance and always following the programming
- Hold members accountable for their health and fitness goals
- Play an active role in engaging new Fitstop members and retaining our existing ones.
- Attend Fitstop team meetings and member events
- Engage with Social Media posting across Fitstop socials
- Commit to ongoing training and development
