F45 Bli Bli is located on the Sunshine Coast QLD, and searching for an exceptional self-motivated Group Fitness Trainer coupled with sales and marketing experience, to help promote and grow our studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have a strong focus on sales, membership growth and retention
- Deliver high quality and high energy F45 Group Fitness sessions
- Inspire and promote an energetic environment and culture
- Motivate, coach and inspire members during and after training
- Help build our community-based team training environment
- Provide exceptional service and quality training to members
- Assist in marketing initiatives and promotion of the studio
- Social Media content creation and marketing
- Opportunity for potential future growth as Studio Manager
Skills & Experience:
- Sales/Marketing/Social media experience is essential
- Experience coaching Group Fitness (previous F45 highly regarded)
- High-quality customer service experience and communication skills
- Extremely personable and friendly attitude
- Ability to motivate members
- Ability to develop strong relationships with members
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated
Requirements:
- Minimum Cert III in Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR
- 15-25 hour week, early mornings and the odd evening, and must be available Saturday or Sunday mornings.
