Who We Are:Hansen Fitness is a well-established family-owned fitness studio located in Unanderra - just off the freeway, making it easily accessible from north or south of Wollongong. We've been proudly serving our fitness family for 12 years, and our members are at the heart of everything we do. We're all about fun and effective workouts, building real connections, and fostering a relaxed and welcoming culture.
We are a fitness studio that specialises in Personal Training and Group Training. We offer a diverse range of group training sessions, including Tabata, Circuits, X-Training, Strength, Boxing, Stretch + more.
The Position:We are looking for a Group Fitness Trainer - ideally someone who is also excited for Personal Training opportunities in the future.
We offer regular hours each week and are looking for a team member that is excited to expand their hours as our fitness programs continue to grow over time. This is not a contractor or rent based position. You will be paid wages + superannuation.
Who We're Looking For:Friendly, welcoming, and vibrant individuals who share our passion for group classes and are wanting to build genuine connections with members.
Required:
- Certificate IV Fitness
- Experience coaching groups
- Enjoys writing creative and engaging programs
- Ability to modify workouts to meet members needs
- Willing to work short shifts, including early mornings, daytime, and afternoon / evenings, weekends.
- Reliable
Desirable:
- Experience / certifications in kettlebells, suspension training etc
- Experience coaching stretch / mobility sessions
