As our Group Manager, Leadership Development, you will be responsible for developing learning programs that develop our high-performing leaders to ensure the exceptional execution of our organisational strategy. You will engage with senior leaders and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to deliver impactful leadership learning initiatives.
Your expertise in leadership program design and outcome analysis is key for crafting impactful interventions at The Star Entertainment Group. You will have demonstrated experience in driving an uplift in leadership capability across a complex organisation.
A few of your responsibilities:
Select and build relationships with key leadership education partners including universities, and provide clear brief on our Leadership Development needs.
Deeply understand the target audience, and create and deliver fit-for-purpose leadership programs for all levels of leadership within The Star.
Ensure that our leadership curriculum and programs deliver on the capabilities outlined in the Leadership Capability Framework.
Delivery, facilitation, and evaluation of Leadership Development initiatives including training programs, workshops, coaching, online programs and practical tools.
Manage and mentor the leadership graduates through the duration of the program, providing a guided learning journey
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience in building end-to-end Leadership Development initiatives in a complex and regulated environment
Extensive experience in learning and development in a large organisation
Bachelor qualification in HR, Psychology, Business, or related discipline from a recognised educational institution desirable
Experience with leadership assessment tools including HBDI, Gallup Strengths, or similar
Consulting and project management capability, and the ability to engage and influence senior leaders
