Group Reservations & Accommodation Sales Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a full-time experienced Group Reservations and Accommodation Sales Coordinator. You will be responsible for the planning of group reservation bookings including conference & events, sporting, corporate, special event, inbound and ad-hoc groups. You will work closely with our Sales and Events teams to ensure Group Reservations are planned effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities; but not limited to: 

• Managing a high volume of guest enquires, converting sales/reservations through exceptional customer-relationship skills.
• Develop continued and repeat business by way of establishing strong relationships with all clienteles and exceeding all guest expectations.
• Have a strong knowledge of our products and provide guests with accurate and immediate information in areas including, room rates, types, and their availability.
• Liaising with our past guests and direct clientele, tailoring specialized itineraries to meet their needs and expectations.
• Assist front-office operations at times including guest check-in & check out, general enquiries.

Key responsibilities, Skills & Experience

• A self-starter who is highly driven, persistent, and adaptable to change
• At least 3 years successful experience in hotel reservations.
• A highly organized individual who has a strong ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills and networking abilities.
• Good judgement and decision-making skills.
• Passion and knowledge about the hotel industry.
• Supporting, developing and executing sales strategies.
• Maximising revenue.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
