About the opportunity
Reporting into the Group WHS Manager the Group RTW & WellbeingManager will be responsible for the consistent and effective delivery of RTW, claims, injury management and wellbeing services across Thomas Foods International (TFI).
Based out of the Adelaide Head Office this role will be required to support all operational sites in SA, NSW, VIC, QLD and NT.
What are we looking for?
- Proven ability in the management of Self Insurance licence requirements in SA and NSW.
- Experience in the development, implementation, auditing, review and improvement of injury management systems, programs and practices.
- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of RTW legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven track record in accomplishing RTW quality outcomes and injury management targets.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and staff at all levels, and to interact with others in a positive and constructive manner.
Desirable
- Some experience in National Workers Compensation Legislation would be preferred.
