- Group Fitness Trainers
Fitstop is a group functional fitness facility rapidly expanding with over 130 open locations across Australia, NZ, Asia and the USA. We have a result driven, lifestyle-inspired approach to health and fitness. Our trainers provide a hands-on approach to ensure our members are continually progressing and striving to reach their full potential.
We are looking for great team players who have a genuine passion for health and fitness and want to make a positive impact on peoples’ lives.
As part of the Fitstop Brighton & Blackwood team you will be surrounded by a strong and passionate community, while working alongside the Fitstop Brighton & Blackwood owners, trainers and members. Your key responsibility will be to inspire our members through exceptional group training sessions, you will have a strong focus on member growth and retention by building and maintaining relationships with members and the local community. In turn, you will receive workplace flexibility and continuous personal and professional development to advance your career progression. Additional to taking group training sessions, you have the freedom to run personal training sessions (outside of group training sessions) rent free!
Qualifications and experience - Trainer:
To be successful in this position you would possess the below key components:
Certificate III minimum
Previous experience in group training (preferred but not essential)
Current First Aid and CPR
Exceptional Customer Service and people skills
Experience with managing social platforms and community engagement
Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
Creativity, drive and initiative
Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
Work well as part of a team
High level of integrity
