Airnorth has an exciting and rare opportunity to join the Commercial team in Darwin as a Group Travel Coordinator on a full time basis.
In this dynamic office based role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming Group Travel enquiries, catering to both corporate and leisure travellers, into lucrative, high-yield sales, whilst providing invaluable support to our Customer Contact Call Centre during peak busy periods.
We seek an individual brimming with enthusiasm and confidence, eager to collaborate within our welcoming commercial department. Exceptional time management and communication skills, coupled with a dedication to delivering unparalleled customer service, are essential qualities we value.
Candidates boasting 3+ years of experience within the travel agency, airline, or tourism sectors are highly esteemed. Proficiency in travel booking systems and ticketing, along with a history of holding previous positions within the industry, will be advantageous.
