The RoleThe Activities Coordinator works closely with the Assistant Activities Manager in coordination of the property’s activities function. The role requires a high level of communication with all resort Departments, whilst maintaining a high standard of guest services and customer relations in line with Discovery Parks standards.
Skills & Experience- Previous Experience as an Activities Coordinator/Tours Coordinator/Events Coordinator for Tourism
- Highly organised in planning daily logistics of arriving guests/ outgoing guests and tours
- Experience with fleet management
- Strong experience in coordinating a busy tours/events schedule
- Commitment to a high level of guest experience
- Strong tourism industry knowledge and experience
- Experience with Opera/ Micros POS/ Microsoft Suite (desirable, but not essential)
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Tourism/Hospitality Management (desirable, but not essential)
