Group Work Facilitator

Your new role
- Part Time (0.6FTE)
- Located in Deakin, ACT
- Annual salary between $93,860.70 to $98,860.29
Reporting to the Manager, Clinical and Community Programs, you will:
- Facilitate and deliver a range of psycho-educational and therapeutic groups
- Co-ordinate and administer Group Work delivery including referral and assessment, co-facilitation arrangements, venue hire, set up, and evaluation.
- Promote groups within the organisation and the broader service sector and local communities
- Establish linkages and a collaborative working relationship with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of psycho-educational and/or therapeutic groups such as family violence or behaviour change programs, grief and loss, or relationship or parenting programs.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in building capacity and initiating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
