Grout Pump Operator

PCA Ground Engineering are seeking a reliable, professional and level headed Grout Pump Operator, with experience within Civil Construction.

About the role:

We are seeking candidates to join our dynamic team working with us on projects at various locations around the east coast of Australia, to lead a team to deliver high quality production utilising our various Grout Pumps. This role will see you operating our Grout Pumps, Q&A testing & maintaining grouting records , reading mix design charts, training our upcoming staff members in operation and maintenance of out Grout Pumps and reinforcing a positive safety culture in all aspects. Prior experience in operation of Grout Pumps used in grout improvement strategies is a must. 

About you: 

The right candidate will be looking for long term stable employment with a professional company, as well as the following attributes;

• Construction Industry Induction Card – mandatory
• Excellent communication skills 
• Civil construction experience
• Own transport
• Experience operating Grout Pumps 
• Core belief in safety at the workplace
• Drug and alcohol-free status
• Excellent temperament with a team player attitude
• Punctuality to work site
• Ability to work away 

Highly regarded skills:

• Experience operating general construction machinery such as concrete pumps, telehandlers & forklifts
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform tickets
