Concrete Pump Operator

Our client, a reputable and expanding Ground Engineering contractor specializing in design and construction services including piling, grouting, earth retention, civil construction, and civil/geotechnical engineering, is in search of a committed Concrete Pump Operator with a minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience. Responsibilities: Operate and uphold Concrete Pumps in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Safely and effectively navigate Concrete Pump equipment to distribute concrete to specified locations on construction sites.

Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure accurate positioning of the pump and optimal concrete flow. Perform pre-operational inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning and promptly report any issues or maintenance requirements. Monitor concrete flow and make adjustments to controls as necessary to maintain consistent and appropriate flow rates.

Keep the Concrete Pump and associated equipment clean and well-maintained. Adhere strictly to safety regulations and actively promote a culture of safety among colleagues. Provide assistance with general labour tasks…
