AddressCity Fertility is a leading provider in the dynamic Fertility/IVF Services market in Australasia, renowned for our commitment to excellence in patient care. Our next Growth Marketing Manager will lead the development of commercially astute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, improve customer engagement and increase patient leads. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you have responsibility for a small multidisciplinary marketing team who are keen to thrive under your expert guidance.
At a glance, your role will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with State GM’s - applying your analytical mind, to define and execute the marketing strategies for each State.
- Spearhead the delivery of high-quality brand strengthening initiatives, generating leads for all of City Fertility’s brands.
- Focus on improving the return on marketing investment by developing insights and driving change where required.
- Leveraging our data and your expert knowledge, maximise your team’s contribution as strategic partners to the State GMs.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to develop better insights into the effectiveness of current activities, and be influential in creating any necessary shifts.
- Nurture and enhance external agency partnerships.
- Lead and inspire your team to thrive in their respective roles, and continue to grow as marketing professionals.
About You
To be successful, we envisage a seasoned professional with extensive experience in developing Growth Marketing strategies that are focused on generating customer leads that convert to active patients. You’ll be known for your data-driven approach to strategic decision-making and have runs on the board sufficient to build credibility quickly. With a diverse portfolio of internal stakeholders, it’s imperative that you are someone who’s able to manage expectations against your team’s capacity to effectively deliver. You’ll be resilient and results-driven, and will bring a fresh set of eyes to help overcome the current challenges within our target markets. Confident and calm under pressure, you are relentless in your pursuit of growing market share.
