We are seeking a Service Growth & Performance Manager who can bring fresh ideas and approaches, drive innovation and to address the changing needs of the organisation and its strategy. This new role offers the freedom to explore new possibilities.
Working 3 days a week from our brand-new purpose-built workspace nestled at Milton’s Park Road, and accessible by multiple public transport options, join a respectful, supportive, transparent, and collaborative team at MS Queensland where values are at the core.
In this position, you will:- Ensure high-quality service delivery across all service offerings at MS Queensland, with a particular emphasis on strengthening and expanding Allied Health services.
- Develop growth plans aligned with strategic objectives and enhance service responsiveness leveraging business analytics and data trends to drive performance improvement and growth
- Enhance customer experience for all stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities in Allied Health and other complementary services
- Expand services into new regions, support various neurological conditions Increase visibility and engagement through effective promotion
- Advocate passionately for customer needs organisation wide
- Implement effective service review and evaluation processes
- Health or business management degree
- Experience in NDIS, Commercial, Not for Profit, Private Health, and Government sectors
- Allied Health/Social Health background preferred
- 5+ years senior leadership with commercial expertise
- Proficient in risk management and compliance
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Customer service excellence required
- Staff leadership experience essential
- Effective planning to meet goals
- Service development knowledge necessary
- Track record in relationship management, partnerships, marketing, communications
