Who Are You? 
  • You have 3 years+ B2B experience as a Growth Specialist or similar role in SaaS, ideally HubSpot CRM or a similar solution.  Alternatively, perhaps you have experience in Agency Marketing or the Industrial / Commercial Products & Tech Industry. 
  • You have the superpower of looking at companies from the outside and finding potential fit, relevant insights, strong outreach context and relevant point of view.  
  • You’re hardworking, self-confident (not arrogant), goal-oriented and have a track record of driving results. 
  • You are a Pro at using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems, ideally HubSpot CRM, to drive your activities and keep outstanding records.’ 
  • You can empathise with businesspeople in various roles and understand their motivations and challenges from their perspective.  
  • You have a curious and creative mind, capable of asking insightful questions to uncover opportunities that help people achieve their goals and overcome challenges.  
  • You're a team player who's respectful, caring, and supportive. 
  • You have an exceptional ability to communicate effectively in English, both in written and verbal formats.  
  • You are happy operating across Australian and international zones as required.  
Your Role:
  • Explore🗺️ & Find 🔭 – Work closely with our Business Development Administrator and Marketing & Communications Coordinator to explore accounts to find ideal potential prospects and leads. Focus on developing and nurturing a strong pipeline of outbound opportunities to meet our goals and targets.
  • Connect 📞 & Help 🤝– Drive successful outreach touch-point activities that result in a connect phone or video call with the right people. Then, embrace our culture and values during the connection to genuinely determine if there is an opportunity to help our prospective customer. If there is a fit, you make summary notes and book a discovery meeting with our BDM or Director of Growth.
  • Support 🙋‍♂️ & Learn🧑‍🎓– Arrange discovery meetings for our leadership to speak further with good fit potential customers. Participate in discoveries and software demos to learn about our industry, gain knowledge and insight that will equip you to conduct discovery meetings solo on your path to a BDM role.
  • Lead 🚀& Contribute 🌟– Own your role and value that of your teammates. Contribute to our success by collaborating with them to solve challenges and reach our goals.
Your Coach:

You'll be guided by our Director of Strategy, a wizard in our industry and in the craft of B2B business development, who will help you navigate and excel in your role.

Your Day on Our Team:

Imagine walking into an office where everyone is energised and welcoming. You start your day with a hot coffee and a quick review of your HubSpot activity queues. 

You then dive into following up your strategically crafted outbound emails with connection phone calls to prospective clients. Have a bit of fun with the challenge of meeting new and interesting people! 

After a productive morning filled with insightful discussions and successfully booked meetings, you grab a casual lunch with teammates. When you get back, the afternoon is packed with strategic emails and creating Vidyard messages to new prospective client pipelines. 

Finally, you cap off your day by reviewing new potential leads to add to your pipeline and registering your time in our Forecast system. Hey, if it's Friday you may even enjoy a few beverages 😊!
