Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a Senior Leadership Educator / Coach / Growth Specialist to work with our Perth and WA based clients in developing their people, and building their businesses. The successful candidate must be a confident and engaging facilitator who has extensive experience in delivering training to all levels of leadership, both face-to-face and virtual.
You will be working with a close-knit team of Educators, Coaches and Support staff from across Australia, whilst working autonomously to grow and build our newly established Perth centre, and meet the ever-changing needs of the marketplace. You must have a clear drive and passion for education, business development and account management!
Looking after our clients is paramount at Proteus, so we don't just want a trainer. We are looking for a dedicated person who understands how and why professional development can make a difference in the lives of individuals and businesses.
The position will be based in our new Perth office and reports to the CEO, with 4 days on-site (Mon to Thu) and Work From Home (WFH) on Friday mornings (8.30am - 12.30pm). You will have Friday afternoons off every week but are paid for a full day's work!
A salary between $130K - $150K plus super, will be negotiated with the right person.
