As a Growth Lead for Youfoodz, you will be responsible for developing and executing a broad range of initiatives to maximise the value of the Youfoodz customer base and grow the brand in Australia.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, empathetic to the customers' perspective and can think strategically to identify innovative opportunities to engage and grow the value within our customer base.
- Own the strategy for improving Youfoodz customers value (i.e. retention, order rates,
upselling, etc.), and manage the pipeline by ideating, sizing, prioritising and executing
initiatives - Conduct data-driven, methodical diagnoses/health checks of customer behaviour to
surface and quantify key challenges and opportunities - Work on ad hoc strategic projects that contribute to our growth, for example but not
limited to: discount strategy, pricing strategy, marketing investment strategy and
competitor analysis - Use A/B testing to understand the impact of initiatives and calculate incremental
commercial value - Present ideas and actionable insights to senior leadership teams, and work with a broad
range of stakeholders for execution - Manage budgets and reporting on retention targets and trends
- Report into Director of Growth for Youfoodz
- Ability to combine data points with customer feedback, to identify and quantify
optimisation opportunities that feed into a holistic Growth Strategy - Data-driven with a logical way of working; you break down problems to their root cause
in a systematic way - Ability to create a data-led business case to support recommendations, and clearly
articulate it to stakeholders - Organised, proactive and ambitious
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Comprehensive understanding and use of google sheets/excel functions
- 3-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking,
business strategy or growth marketing - Bachelor or Masters degree in business, finance or STEM discipline
- Able to quickly learn new technologies, tools and processes
