About The Role
Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the role is based in Northgate working with a team to manage the day to day operations of the RV and motorhome rental fleet across Australia. The role works closely with the network of rental branch maintenance teams and outsourced repairers to ensure the fleet is maintained for maximum utilisation. Day to day tasks will involve the administration of the Fleet Repairs inbox, receiving invoices from repairers, raising purchase orders and communicating with branch staff and repairers to resolve issues. Weekly Microsoft Excel fleet reports are required to be distributed to the network and returns followed up and monitored. The tasks required for this role are:
- Accurate management of Fleet Databases, records, systems and processes.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders and resolve invoicing and receipting issues direct with repairers and vendors.
- Develop, analyse, publish, problem solve (and escalate as appropriate) reports on Fleet Metrics.
- Assist with the management of the vehicle registration process and database.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in office, administration or similar environment.
- Sound time management skills - a sense of urgency without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to build and generate Excel reports and filter data.
- Data entry and strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing a high tempo email inbox.
