About the Opportunity

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Loss Adjuster to join our GTS team to assist with current work volumes. You will manage your own portfolio of major and complex claims and you will be pivotal in supporting more experienced Adjusters manage/close their existing claims. 

You will be joining an experienced team of highly skilled technical loss adjusters and will be supported by a great leader, who will provide the tools necessary for you to succeed. 

About You

You will be an exceptional loss adjuster with a proven track record of working with major and complex loss claims, where you’ve consistently achieved exceptional results for your clients. 

In addition, you will:

  • Be strategic and solutions focused with a passion for delivering high quality outcomes for your clients, every time.
  • Be an accomplished loss adjuster who has a strong visible market presence and following.
  • Be a strong communicator, passionate about driving a culture of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Be willing to take the next step in your career, where you will have direct and ongoing access to more senior members of your team as part of your growth journey and be willing to undertake further professional studies.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of major & complex loss adjusting experience.
  • Strong visible market presence and following.
  • ANZIIF or AICLA General Insurance qualifications or equivalent overseas.     
  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively and work through conflict constructively.
  • Driver’s License.
