We are on the lookout for guest experience superstars who want to join our high performing, industry leading inbound contact centre team based in Surfers Paradise.
Travel is back and our team is growing! An average day could include working via email to facilitate guest queries both pre- and post-stay along with managing our social media channel where our guest feedback comes to. We do it all! Our consultants are responsible for providing exceptional experiences to our guests whether its pre or post stay at our hotels across the Pacific.

What will it take?
- A can-do attitude! We have amazing coaches that can mentor you every step of the way to success!
- Confidently liaising with guests via email correspondance
- A trust-worthy candidate with a strong ability in complaint handling
- Strong problem solving skills and an ability to direct complaints to the appropriate individual
- Demonstrated ability to multi task and utilise your time effectively.
- Ability to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software packages
These roles provide the flexibility for the successful candidate to work a rotating roster of varying shifts from Monday to Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm. For the right candidates, Full Time or Part Time positions are available!
