About the role
As Hayman Experiences Host, you will be the main point of contact for all resort guests who are looking to participate in both on and off-island experiences. This role requires you to provide tailored suggestions and itineraries for all experiences during our guests stay, liaising with internal colleagues as well as our exclusive third-party partners to confirm reservations. Exceptional customer service is essential, and the right candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
