THE POSITION
Calile has introduced a pivotal new position for an experienced Guest Experience Manager. This role will directly report to the Director of Operations and oversee four departments: Front Desk, Guest Relations, Recreational, and Concierge, which is crucial to our mission of delivering the best hotel experience in Australia.
ABOUT YOU
In this role, you will ensure that the guest journey is seamless. The key competencies and skills we are searching for are:
- Four years of operational leadership experience in luxury hotels.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse data, forecast trends, and create actionable plans to improve financial performance and operational efficiencies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, develop and maintain high-performing teams. Transformational leadership skills are vital to this role.
- Grounded skills within IT Systems focusing on Opera Cloud and HotSOS will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to provide anticipatory services to ensure the guest's journey is achieved.
- Solution-focused, with the ability to remain calm while communicating confidently with the guest and your team.
- Relationship builder to ensure guest and team engagement.
- The role requires availability seven days a week and the flexibility of early morning starts and late evening finishes.
