Full Time position, 5 shifts per week
- TCSA Wages Employee Award, Guest Experience Officer,
Annual Package: $54,403.57 + appropriate allowances + weekend and public holiday penalties when applicable
Taronga prides itself on Guest Experience! We’re seeking a bubbly, motivated individual, whose overall purpose is to help make all our guests visits to Western Plains Zoo exceptional and unforgettable!
About the Role…
This role will have a primary focus on our guest information desk; encompassing our zoo friends program, Guest Experience volunteers and overall Guest Experience.
The role also involves working across multiple areas of Taronga’s guest services including; admissions, the information desk, selling tickets and tours to visiting guests, zoo entry validation, circuit Q&A’s to new guests, assisting in the hire center for guests to hire bikes/ carts/ pedal boats and working in our retail outlet.
Every day is different here at the zoo! There is so much opportunity to learn and work across Taronga’s varied guest services.
Your Day to Day…
Shifts work on a 7-day rotating roster including; weekends, public holidays, evenings and school holiday periods, therefore mixed availability is necessary.
· Shift times are generally 830am till 5pm
· Flexibility across 7 days per week to commit to the 7-day rotating roster
· Weekend penalties and allowances apply!
