About the Role:
You will be reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and work closely alongside the hotel team to ensure ongoing standards of excellence.
We want you to "own" this role and while we will give you great autonomy, we will also provide you with the support, training, and tools you need to ensure you reach your full potential.
Flexibility and an enthusiasm to work when required will be highly regarded. An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.
About You:
You will have experience in an equivalent role and possess a strong understanding of Hotel operations. Further to this, you are a team player with great communication skills who relishes interacting with guests and your colleagues.
You are a Guest Servicesuperstar, completely dedicated to ensuring our guests have an amazing experience with every interaction they have with us.
